Terms of Service

× You must be over 18 years old or with the written permission of your parents
× I can refuse your commission for any reason
× After purchasing my artwork you are allowed to share it with your friends. Sharing on social media is only allowed if you link my Instagram profile as the artist. All copyrights remain reserved to me.
× I use watermarks on all my artwork. You are not allowed to remove it.
× Shikishi Size: 135 x 120mm and 135 x 240mm.
× Paper Sizes: A5 and A4
× I only draw with alcohol based markers
× You can choose if you want to have the artwork sent to you by post or get a digital version (scan). If you don‘t choose a „shipping method“ you will recieve the artwork digitally. The customer pays for shipping.
× I will start the commission after I recieved the payment in full
× The artwork will take 2-4 weeks depending on how detailed it is
× The commission is for personal use only.
× It is not permitted to use the artwork as NFT or cryptocurrency
× By purchasing a commission you agree to all Terms of Service

× Non-consent NSFW/porn

× Anything I don‘t feel comfortable with

Payment

I only accept Paypal (or SEPA Transfer) in Euro (€). The payment is due seven days after the contract is valid. If the payment is overdue, the order is canceled immediatly without further notice.

Refund

× Full refund only be garanted if I haven‘t started at all
× No refunds if the Artwork is finished
× Depending on how much I‘ve fulfilled on your commission you get a partial refund
